If you’re basing shopping decisions on who provides installation services, things have just gotten a bit harder.

Zip Express Installation just announced a partnership with Target.com. Click for purchases, and you can add next-day installation anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. After paying with the purchase, customers will just need to call or visit the Zip Express Installation website to schedule a day and time.

“Many retailers today rely on the additional revenue gained from installation services,” said Chris Mauzy, president and CEO of Zip Express Installation. “Our services provide retail partners with the same benefits achieved from an in-house installation service, but without the overhead required to support the in-house program themselves.”

Zip also says the offering will help to boost sales and cut down on returns. In less than two weeks, Wal-Mart added Dell install services; Sam’s Club also announced its partnership with Geeks on Call.

This is Target’s first CE install offering. Services start at $130, and include TV mounting, home theater and computer setup, electronics recycling, and more.
