The summer may be over, but there’s still plenty of time to do a little outdoor entertaining. SunBriteTV wants to make the outdoors slightly more beautiful (and high-tech), with its new Model 4660HD outdoor LCD HDTV.
Model 4660HD is making its big debut at this week’s CEDIA Expo. This 46-inch HDTV promises a full 1080p HD image in an all-weather outdoor package. Featuring a non-glare LCD screen, the Model 4660HD has an all-weather ASA outdoor-rated high-impact resin exterior that’s designed to withstand rain, snow, dirt and other outdoor elements—including insects.
One of the 4660HD’s most interesting features, however, is its price. SunBriteTV is making the outdoor TV option a little more affordable, offering this model with an MSRP of $2,995.
“This TV is designed to provide the same superb viewing quality and weather-proof features the industry has learned to trust and respect, at an MSRP that will fit within most any budget,” says Lynn Stearn, SunBriteTV’s VP of sales.
Other features on this model include built-in 20-watt speakers, a watertight cable entry system, and an internal climate control with a filtered multi-fan airflow system that can keep the unit cool in temperatures up to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has four HDMI inputs, as well as options for component, VGA, S-Video, composite, RF and discreet IR control.
Available in black or silver, the Model 4660HD ships with a weatherproof remote control, a dust cover and a two-year residential in-factory, parts and labor limited warranty.
