Star Trek Home Theater Isn’t Dead Yet, Jim
Electronic Systems Consultants shows us another shining example from the Starfleet.
June 18, 2012 by Rachel Cericola

In the business of building Star Trek-inspired home theaters? Aparently, you will live long and prosper. There definitely seems to be a demand out there, considering the number of home theater rooms we’ve seen dedicated to the sci-fi classic (here, here and here, in case you missed them). Now, a new one just entered our galaxy.

Electronic Systems Consultants is the company that made it so. The Colorado-based design company has this little beauty featured on its website. The room includes seating for nine, motorized sliding doors, smart concert-type lighting and related AMX controls, HVAC, audio, video and more.

According to ESC, the room’s “information panels” also conceal a hearty collection of DVDs.

If you want a closer peek at this theater, you can “engage” the slideshow at the ESC website. [via Geek Tyrant]
