Sonoro’s Cubo clock radio in black
Clock radio options are a little wider than just those basic beige clocks with the red digital numbers many of us are used to seeing (and pressing the big snooze bar in the mornings). These days you get can sleek and stylish radios for your bedroom and offices that also offer more than just AM/FM radio as music options.
One such manufacturer, European company Sonoro, will soon bring its modern-looking offerings to the United States, so keep an eye out for its interesting line next year.
Sonoro’s Cubo product is a clock radio that looks like its name suggests—a cube—that plays CDs and features an MP3 connection. The CD player has a 20-track memory.
The Cubo is available in seven colored-lacquer and three genuine wood finishes. The audio comes through well with its upward-facing, 3-inch, full-range speaker and integrated bass-reflex tube.
The Cubo will be available at higher-end retail stores as well as specialist interior design and home furnishing outlets.
