SnapAV is branching out a bit. After years in the custom AV channel, the company is now planning to break into the security market.
The company just announced its WirePath Surveillance line, which includes eight cameras, three digital video recorder (DVR) options, and a free iPhone app (Android is coming soon).
In that camera line, you’ll find both dome and bullet styles, offering four different levels of performance. There are also basic and advanced models for the DVR line. Last, but certainly not least, that WirePath Surveillance app allows users to view and control the cameras and DVRs from anywhere in the world. A few of the capabilities include watching real-time video, searching through and playing back recorded video, and taking screen captures.
SnapAV says that most of the WirePath Surveillance products are shipping now. Check the SnapAV website for more info on each of the WirePath products.
