Shuttle first showed off the SN78SH7 at the Consumer Electronics Show in January. Now, it’s actually coming out. We love when that actually happens…
Engadget says that starting this Friday, the slick, small unit will actually be available. As part of Shuttle’s Glamor series, it’s certainly pretty on the outside. However, we are partial to what’s on the inside of this square unit. That lengthy list includes NVIDIA’s latest GeForce 8200 Chipset, support for AMD Phenom X4 Quad-Core Processors, 7.1-channel surround sound, support for 1080i/1080p video, up to 4GB of RAM, Windows Vista, the Energy Star seal of approval, and much more. With all of that cooking, you won’t have to worry about heating problems; it also has the Integrated Cooling Engine (ICE), which dissipates heat away from and around the CPU.
The one thing it doesn’t seem to have: a starting price. Check out the site when the product becomes available this Friday.
