Don’t trust keypad hackers or maybe you’re slow to change passcodes soon after firing your lawncare staff? If you don’t want that hassle, or if you lose track of who does and doesn’t have the code to open your garage door, you can now use biometric security for opening and closing that entryway to your home.

bioMETRX offers a Finger Activated Universal Garage Door Opener (smartTouch GDO) that will let you have a finger be scanned to activate the system rather than typing in buttons.

You can program in up to 20 users’ fingers to be swiped through, and the company says adding, changing or deleting users is a simple three-step process.

The wireless device works with all garage door manufacturer openers, bioMETRX says.

The smartTOUCH GDO is available for $129.95.

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbour were preparing to do some research about that. We got a good book on that matter from our local library and most books where not as influensive as your information. I am very glad to see such information which I was searching for a long time. This made very glad..
