Sure it’s another iPod dock, but there’s something about Scandyna that is worth a second look. Maybe it’s the curvy, cute speakers they’ve coupled with the Dock Pack.

Just announced, this new package includes an iPod dock that can play and recharge most iPods. However, it’s the set of Micropod SE speakers that will make that music sing—and look cool while doing so.

Other features include Kevlar bass/midrange drivers, soft dome tweeters, a 2x15 watt RMS Class T amplifier, seven inserts for use with various iPod models, a remote control and a stereo line output to your subwoofer.

“By combining the versatile, lightweight dock with the modern Micropod SE speakers, we were able to create a fun and trendy iPod solution for the everyday consumer use,” says Winnie Hansen, Scandyna’s marketing director.

Available in black or white, the Dock Pack can be found at more than 800 stores for $299.
