Sometimes we all need a little help with electronics. Whether you’re a new customer or just misplaced an old manual, the new Samsung Cares app should be able to fill in a few of the blanks.
The newly launched Samsung Cares app is a customer service portal for all of your Samsung needs. Well, most of them.
According to Engadget, there are FAQs, videos and troubleshooting help. If you need a little extra care, the app can connect you through Facebook, Twitter, or Live Chat, as well as track service tickets.
It doesn’t sound all encompassing, but it would probably help in a pinch. It may also allow you to free up the space where you stuff all of your product manuals.
It’s also free. If you have a device running Android 2.1 or above, you can download Samsung Cares now at the Google Play Store.
