Salamander Designs is pumping up its Synergy line. The company just announced plans to add to the existing furniture accessories line. The new additions include pre-configured cabinets, wall hanging kits, and the option for factory assembly. There seems to be something for everyone, no matter the size or decor of your media space.
“There is clearly customer demand for these new options,” says Sal Carrabba, Salamander’s president. “We wanted to make it easy for both dealers and consumers to tailor their AV furniture, yet retain a high degree of flexibility to accommodate future changes.”
In addition to the new accessories, Salamander has added perks to both the Synergy and Chameleon lines, in an effort to accommodate the larger storage requirements of today’s home entertainment system. All of the new accessories can be retrofitted into any Salamander Synergy or Chameleon cabinet, all the way back to 1998. Even better, new additions can be installed in any location and/or any combination.
Some of the new additions include a tray to accommodate and charge mobile media and laptops, media storage, pull-out shelves, pro audio rack-mounting rails, adjustable vented shelves, cooling kits (see below), cabinet LED lighting, and more.
Salamander is selling the Synergy line extension products now. Salamander also says that potential customers will soon be able to find the company’s products a lot easier via the new Salamander website, which is slated to launch June 1, 2013.
