The lines between traditional A/V, custom electronics and media/great rooms have become increasingly blurred, but products like Salamander Design‘s Synergy and Chameleon lines of products are helping to neatly tie these worlds together.
The Synergy line is a modular series of products that allows custom electronics pros to mix and match a variety of equipment storage options to accommodate just about any residential installation scenario.
Salamander’s Chameleon collection of products offers homeowners a choice of nine different styles and four different configuration options. The company supports the line with a line of accessories that range from rear panels that add to the products’ cabinet depth, to active cooling kits and power conditioning from Panamax.
The Bloomfield, Conn.-based company builds its products in the U.S. and it says it can turn around dealer orders quickly to eliminate the long waits that are normally associated with the product ordering process.
