Worried that your visitors will see the big video camera at your front door and go running? Or maybe you cringe at obtrusive cameras cluttering up the exterior decor?

The new ISK4 Camera Door Station from Russound integrates video surveillance into doorbell and intercom service, in a low-profile manner for your door.

You can check who’s at the door from any connected television or dedicated monitor in your house, and on the outside you don’t have a camera that’s an eyesore, but rather one that can barely be noticed.

There’s a broad range of camera adjustment so you can view with full recognition when placed on either side of the doorway, and a .05 Lux sensitivity allows the camera to work in near total darkness too.

If you’ve already got Russound gear in your home, the Camera Door Station can be hooked up to the video input of the company’s CAV6.6 Multiroom Controller, or it can interface with third-party video security devices with its NTSC composite video signal.

The unit will be available in June, in antique brass or brushed chrome finishes.
