Russound has released a little something for your wall. The company says it’s now shipping the SLK, a new Single Line Keypad.
The SLK is designed to provide individual zone control of the company’s C-Series MCA-C3 and MCA-C5 multiroom audio systems. It provides basic zone control in a stylish single-gang package. However, there are a few options to make it a standout.
First of all, it has a 5-character display. Boasting a white backlit LCD panel with easy navigation and control, this allows the user to check out the current source, volume level and even info about the system’s status.
Users can also power the system on and off with a single touch—or power down the whole-house setup by holding the power button for 4 seconds.
As an added bonus, the SLK has a Decora exterior finish that’s available in five different colors. Russound says that the SLK also works nicely with the My Russound app, which is available now on supported handheld devices and includes an IR receiver and IR repeating.
