ReVox Scala 120 Speakers Are Long and Lean
These slick, slim speakers can handle a range of sounds, as well as bass.

Swiss manufacturer ReVox has made an eye-catching announcement. The company just started shipping its Scala 120, a super-slim loudspeaker designed for customers who want the aesthetics to match the audio.

Obviously, this model is designed to be seen as well as heard. Inside that funky enclosure, the 2.5-way bass reflex speaker has four 3.54-inch woofers and a 1.18-inch tweeter. Other features include a nominal impedance of 4ohm, a frequency range of 40Hz to 30kHz, and a sound pressure level of 88dB. The housing also includes four 90mm aluminum chassis and a 30mm fabric calotte tweeter for producing low to midrange tones—as well as the bass range.

Even though the company recommends pairing the speaker with the ReVox Joy S119 network receiver (of course!), these should work well with any AVR with performance levels between 60 and 150 watts.

Available in white or a silver/black combo, the Scala 120 is selling now. Contact a dealer in your area for purchase information and pricing.
