The MT-50 is available in white or black.
Big theater sound can come from small speakers—if they’re good speakers with a good subwoofer. Audioholics took a look at a new system from well-respected brand Bowers and Wilkins. The MT-50 combines five M-1 satellite speakers and an 8” 100 watt subwoofer.
Audioholics liked a lot of things about this system, starting with the clever way the speaker conceals the wire connections, so there’s nothing sloppy about the installed look of the speakers. The reviewer also liked all the connection and adjustment options on the ASW608 subwoofer.
Overall Audioholics said the system sounded “a lot bigger than it is” in movies. The system also did a good job with music, but needed a little tweaking.
