Remote for Motorized Shade has Timer Built In
Makes scheduling movement of shades a simple pushbutton process.

Often, it’s the simplest things that make the most sense. Why not build a programmable timer into a handheld remote? It would make scheduling the actions of electronics devices so much easier than having to fiddle with a separate plug-in timer.

This is the thinking behind Somfy System’s Telis 1 Chronis RTS, a single-channel handheld controller with optional programmable timer functionality. The remote provides on-the-spot control of Somfy’s line of motorized RTS interior and exterior window treatments, including motorized blinds, shades, awnings, draperies and shutters.

The timer is preprogrammed with popular default times for easy setup; this schedule can be easily changed, and allows one open and close function per day, and offers different weekday and weekend settings. Switching to the manual mode permits users to override the schedule so that the window treatments can be controlled and repositioned on a whim.
