The Flip Mino HD camcorder comes in a variety of colors, as well as the ability to add your own designs.
Pure Digital says it has a high-def version of its budget camcorder ready to stuff plenty of stockings.
The new Flip Mino HD weighs a mere 3.3 ounces, and can store up to 60 minutes of 720p video in its 4GB of internal memory. It’s not 1080 or anything, but it will still look pretty. Plus, at $229, it should ensure a high-def holiday for many. Another nifty feature is the built-in editing app, FlipShare. Electronista says this tool allows for drag-and-drop organization, video email and easy uploading to sites such as YouTube, MySpace and AOL Video.
Other features include a 1.5-inch LCD, a TV connector cable, a “Child Safe” mode, and the promise of two hours of battery life. Also, you can choose from a variety of different designs and colors or personalize your gifts to have a shot of yourself right on the device. Now that’s a gift that keeps on giving!
With only 43 days left in the shopping season, you don’t have to worry about this release cutting it close. The Flip Mino HD is available now directly from Pure Digital.
