Just because you’re addicted to the on-the-go lifestyle doesn’t mean you are actually in motion—and getting exercise.

Instead of hitting the gym, the Pump10 allows that pricey gadget to pull double duty as your personal trainer. The company has just launched a series of exercise videos designed specifically for Apple’s iPhone or iPod touch.

The service is free, which is a lot less expensive and Spandex-y than the gym. However, many of the site’s 2,000 workouts do have fees, depending on the topic.

Each week, you can load various 10-minute workouts. Even the sloth can dedicate that much time, right. And hey—it’s like 7-minute abs, but 3 minutes better!
