Instead of hitting the gym, the Pump10 allows that pricey gadget to pull double duty as your personal trainer. The company has just launched a series of exercise videos designed specifically for Apple’s iPhone or iPod touch.
The service is free, which is a lot less expensive and Spandex-y than the gym. However, many of the site’s 2,000 workouts do have fees, depending on the topic.
Each week, you can load various 10-minute workouts. Even the sloth can dedicate that much time, right. And hey—it’s like 7-minute abs, but 3 minutes better!
