The bulk of your music may live on some type of server, with a few songs sprinkled on computers, hard drives, and portables throughout the house. Instead of running around to build the perfect soundtrack, tagNplay can snag all of that audio and make beautiful music on one device.
The tagNplay UpnP app is a new media controller application from PS Audio. It allows users to stream any music, in any resolution, from an iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, or any networked Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) device. The tagNplay app streams all audio up to 192kHz, 32 bit to compatible devices in the home.
No adding or loading is needed. Select the devices, and tagNplay will create one massive library. You don’t even need to keep any of those portables running, since the app keeps cover art and other info on-demand.
The tagNplay UPnP app is DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) certified and also features access to web radio and artist info. The tagNplay UPnP app is available now at the iTunes store for $9.99.
