SupportSpace is offering one free help session through December 15.
What is the longest time you’ve ever spent on-hold with tech support? I think my record is 45 minutes—only to be transferred to a busy signal.
SupportSpace aims to take the anger out of some of your tech support issues. The service promises to deliver “certified tech support experts” in an instant, over the web.
Where and how they are certified is sort of unknown. I am wondering if it’s anything like being ordained over the Internet. Even the service says that anyone can become an expert, as long as they pass the company’s certification process.
Those that aren’t an expert can choose whichever expert based on needs, range of price, availability and user ratings. You can even stalk support people, by building an online “relationship” with your favorite experts.
SupportSpace promises 24/7 support for a slew of issues dealing with websites, computers, digital cameras, and other tech issues. They’re currently offering one free session per user, until December 15. Apparently after that period, you’ll have to bid to get someone’s services.
