Stylish Tech for a Mid-Century Modern Home

The recent Consumer Electronics Show boasted products that would fit right into a 1950 contemporary home.

Sure the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is best known for the incredible technology on display, but that technology has increasingly become more about style than spec sheets.

Since we’ve done some redecorating of our 1950s home recently, I kept an eye out for pieces that would fit the style of our mid-century modern pad in Stillwater, Minnesota.

From mounts to TV stands to some nostalgic music players, I found some solutions that would fit right at home with our cork flooring, wood paneling, giant expanse of windows and open floorplan.

As a bonus, products that would be easy to retrofit into our one-story flat-roof home with no crawl space scored extra points.
