Runco Brightens Up Line with LS-10HBd DLP Projector
The latest in the LightStyle Series boasts 3,780 lumens before calibration.
With CEDIA just weeks away, we’re starting to see new products get leaked. Runco is getting a jump on the flood of product announcements, by debuting its new LS-10HBd projector now.
As part of the company’s LightStyle Series, the projector promises a beautiful, bright image. Boasting more than 3,780 lumens before calibration, the 3-chip DLP projector is designed to work in big home theaters, as well as living rooms and media rooms. Environmental factors like ambient light and shadows shouldn’t be an issue!
Other features on the LS-10HBd include a full 1080p image, ISF Day and Night modes, and DLP-based SuperOnyx technology with the ISF calibration suite. It also has Runco’s own Digital High-Definition 4 (DHD 4) external video processor, which can be rack-mounted and has a slew of advanced connectivity options.
“When clients rave about the quality and the range of options available, it is clear why the LightStyle series is one of our best selling projection lines,” said Jennifer Davis, vice president of marketing for Runco. “The new LS-10HBd projector truly enhances the line by bringing it into bigger and brighter spaces than ever before, without compromising quality, value, or the sleek, stylish industrial design for which LightStyle is known.”
Like all LightStyle projectors, the LS-10HBd features the option of Runco’s CineGlide lens solution, which can switch the picture from 16:9 to 2.35:1 at the touch of a button. FinishPalette design options are also available to customize the outside of the unit, so your projector can match your room’s theme, decor or even your own mood.
Runco says that the LightStyle LS-10HBd should be available via authorized Runco dealers sometime in September 2012. The $29,995 MSRP includes the DHD 4 video processor and a two-year RuncoCare standard warranty.
