For anyone who needs a hand, has a question or is interested in making a mount purchase for their tube or flat-panel TVs, Peerless Industries, Inc., has announced the launch of its Live Support customer care feature on its web site.

The company will feature 12 hours of customer care per day to extend its communications reach with real-time, one-on-one customer service to its online visitors, Peerless says.

By clicking on the ‘Live Support’ link in the upper right-hand corner of the web site, online visitors will be instantly connected to a customer care/technical support rep, Peerless says, to help with product support, accessory selection and more.
