Matthew Perry Owns All of the Home Theaters in Hollywood

The "Friends" star has four different homes, each featuring a lot of high-tech toys.

Former Friends star Matthew Perry seems to be having a bit of a fire sale. According to several outlets, the actor is getting rid of multiple homes—and each one is more awesome than the other.

Perry recently purchased a new home in the Hollywood Hills for $8.65 million. Located above the Sunset Strip, the 4,000-square-foot house has ocean views, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. AOL says it even has a $27,000 garage door.

Our favorite part (of course) is the home theater. Featuring seating for nine, those guests can also catch a glimpse of the gorgeous skyline when the screen is retracted and the curtains opened. Other features include multiple flat screens both inside and out, a pool, and at least one crazy flower sculpture.

The new place means that he needs to dump his three other homes: a West Hollywood condo, a mansion in Malibu Beach, and a 4,100-square-foot home in L.A. The latest purchase is the crowning jewel, but his track record shows that Perry is no stranger to having a lot of AV around.
