Earlier this year, we told you that Logitech was desperate to dump its line of Harmony remote controls. Well, it looks like the company would like to go out with a bang.

Logitech just announced two brand new entries into the Harmony line. Both the Harmony Ultimate (pictured right) and the Harmony Smart Control (below) have Logitech’s Harmony Hub and support for the Harmony Smartphone App.

That Hub feature includes Bluetooth for access to game consoles, as well as infrared technology for tapping into devices inside closed AV cabinets.  In the case of the Harmony Ultimate, it also allows the remote to be integrated with Philips Hue lighting, for on/off features as well as the option to tweak the bulb’s color.

Other Harmony Ultimate features include the option to control up to 15 devices, a 2.4-inch color touchscreen, vibration feedback, tilt sensors and programmable buttons. The Logitech Harmony Smart Control and Harmony Smartphone App provide personalized control of up to eight devices using an existing smartphone.

Logitech’s latest remotes have support for over 225,000 home-entertainment devices and more than 5,000 brands.

Logitech will start selling the Harmony Ultimate sometime this month, with an MSRP of $349.99. The Harmony Smart Control will follow sometime in April for $129.99.
