With colder weather coming, you’re probably not going to make it onto the golf course as much as you’d like. Some of you can tough it out and some of you can get High Definition Golf (HDG).

This new golf simulator features a curved “wrap-around” screen, with a wide field-of-view and high-res graphics. It’s the closest you’ll get to the course, without worrying about weather, other golfers, and a need for pants.

Designed by Interactive Sports Technologies, the simulator is available with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 1920 x 1200 pixel screen resolution—for a completely immersive playing environment.

Other features include ball and club tracking and measurement systems, realistic looking courses, and a touchscreen interface.

“Once again, High Definition Golf sets a new standard in accuracy and realism for indoor golf,” said Todd Richardson, President and CEO of Interactive Sports Technologies. “To continue offering the most advanced golf simulators on the market, we work hard to stay on top of emerging technologies. Combining these curved screens with our photo-realistic imagery offers unparalleled realism. You may forget you are playing indoors.”

HD Golf simulators can be installed in either “soft-wall” or “hard-wall” configurations, in your choice of three sizes (executive, standard and championship). The package includes the latest desktop workstation, an HDTV-compatible high-brightness projector, a 19-inch touch-screen console, the HD Golf precision ball tracking system, a golf frame,  pro-grade nylon golf turf and tee mats, and a 250-watt stereo sound system.

Oh yeah—and after a day on the course, you can fire up the HDG for a home theater experience. The system can be connected to any cable or satellite system, a game console, or other favorite device. It also has its own built-in DVD player (sorry, no Blu-ray!).

The HDG is selling now. Contact HD Golf for purchase information and pricing.
