Instead of expecting TV fans to pay up for premiere episodes, Fox is giving the people what they want -- at the price they want it.

Someone likes getting their TV shows on iTunes—me, especially when the price is $0. Fox just announced that they plan to offer some of their fall premieres for free on Apple’s popular download service.

The premiere episodes of “K-Ville,” “Kitchen Nightmares,” “Prison Break,” “Back to You,” “Bones,” “American Dad,” and “‘Til Death” will all be available for up to two weeks after their original broadcasts. The price certainly sounds right.

The announcement comes hot on the heels of NBC’s decision to dump iTunes in favor of downloads on their own site.

Some should be available now, since the first episodes have already aired. Check iTunes or Fox.com for release dates and availability.
