If there was an award for capturing the most household clutter, the refrigerator would win hands-down. Covered with your kids’ drawings, coupons, grocery lists, calendars and notes, the refrigerator door can start looking more like the inside of a junior-high locker than a key element of your kitchen decor.

Thankfully, there’s an easy way to de-clutter your refrigerator door and still keep your important info close by. Designed to attach to the refrigerator door with adhesive, the Homebase product from Audiovox combines an electronic message center and a digital photo frame.

Loving video messages, like “feed the dog” or “take out the trash” can be recorded into the unit through a built-in camera and microphone then played back at the touch of a button. These reminders can also be tagged to a built-in calendar to play back automatically on a specific date. When it’s not barking out orders, the 7-inch screen can display a slideshow of your favorite digital pictures.

For those who can’t quite part with their old-fashioned grocery lists, ($159.99-$199.99) homebase features a dry erase board and a magnetic border. There’s even a slot for storing your Post-it pad.
