You’re probably never going to be as cool as Chuck Norris. However, you can live like Chuck Norris. And according to a recent home listing from Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate, Chuck Norris typically lives like a king.

The star of Walker, Texas Ranger is looking to downsize, so he’s put his 7,362-square-foot Mediterranean-Ranch-style home up for sale. The price to live like Chuck Norris: $1.2 million.

For that, you’ll get four bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two half-baths, and a dedicated home theater—where you’ll most likely have the Missing in Action trilogy on a loop. Other features include a weight room with a little inspiration (pictured below) and a three-car garage. The listing also mentions a whole separate 884-square-foot building, which served as a studio for Norris’ Texas Ranger days.

Unfortunately, the home doesn’t have a dedicated “@ss-kicking” room. That equipment stays with the previous owner.
