Panasonic’s giving away HD products during May via its program
May 04, 2009 by Arlen Schweiger

Panasonic’s got another reason to join its “Living in HD” program this month.

From now through May 30, 2009, the company is giving away 30 high-def products exclusively on, one product per day (sorry we missed the first weekend).

Unfortunately you won’t be winning any new energy-efficient Panasonic plasmas or portable Blu-ray players.

You can use that high-def TV of yours to view homemade HD videos or photography if you win one of the three possible choices—two Lumix Digital Cameras that include 720p video recording (the DMC-ZS3 and DMC-TS1); and the HDC-TM20 1080p HD camcorder, that also comes with 16-GB internal memory.

If you’re already a member of Panasonic’s community, then you’ll be automatically registered for the “Living in HD 30x30” contest. If not, you can check out the contest website for rules, requirements and registration.

While you’re at it, Panasonic’s looking for some new members of its “Living in HD Family” program—and you don’t even have to be an actual family with kids. Families, individuals, couples, or even groups of friends or co-workers can apply online to show off their HD lives.

And hey, winning a sweet new camera or camcorder would be a nice bonus.
