If you were waiting for a high resolution capable music streaming device, then Fusion Research’s Ovation Signature single-zone audio streamer may be for you. At $499, Ovation says it’s a reasonably-priced answer for the audiophile looking for AirPlay and 24-bit/192KHz audio playback.

The Ovation Signature music streamer replaces the company’s OMS-0 system, which has been discontinued. The Signature is designed for a single room and can be expanded to two discrete music sources with the company’s new Ovation Wireless Player (OWP2).

The media player has several built-in internet streaming music services including Pandora, Spotify, Deezer, Sirius XM, TuneIn and Shoutcast. Google Play will be added soon.

The new Ovation Signature and Wireless Player are compatible with the company’s drivers for home automation systems including Elan g!, Control4, RTI and Savant. Fusion Research will soon release Control4 and Crestron drivers for the product as well.
