Mo—The two DVDs mentioned in this article can both provide the material you’re looking for.

Mo - Your other option is to use a movie or recorded broadcast and pause when the frame contains the necessary elements (whites and blacks for brightness and contrast, etc). Make sure the pause function doesnt distort the image. Hope that helps!

rent both of these calibration DVDs from Netflix or Blockbuster. They are not worth the money.
