We’ve been talking up the Nest thermostat for quite some time. Now you can actually buy one.

Nest Labs just made the announcement that the Nest Learning Thermostat is now available in more than 500 Lowe’s stores across the country. In case it’s not at the one near you, it’s also available on Lowes.com.

The Nest Learning Thermostat actually learns your preferences, and can automatically adjust the temperature when you’re away from home. It boasts energy-efficiency and a personalized temperature scheduled.

The Nest Learning Thermostat is available now, priced at $249.
