Looking for another speaker option? North American Cable Equipment, Inc. has announced the creation of new division focused on bringing high quality home entertainment audio products to consumers, it says. The company’s Symphonic Designs division will debut with a family of speakers at very affordable prices.

Initial stereo speaker products include the SD-THX-1 5 piece home theater speaker system, the SD-SS10 active subwoofer system, the SD-502 2-piece satellite stereo speakers for indoor and outdoor applications, the SD-AAR2-E 2-piece in-ceiling speakers, and the SD-AA2-E 2-piece in-wall speakers.

NACE says Symphonic Designs’ speakers have specifications and manufacturing quality that are highly competitive with leading brands sold by home entertainment retailers and big box stores, yet available to consumers at a fraction of the price.
