Just in case you haven’t heard enough about Microsoft’s Zune, ZuneInfo.com says that Microsoft has launched two Web sites with enough info to get you pumped up about the upcoming portable player.
Zune.net is everything you wanted to know about Zune in one spot. It features info and pictures about the product and its add-ons, artist information with some downloads to personalize your portable, and a list of upcoming Zune events. It’s a chance to meet geeks just like you!
The other site, Zune Arts is Flash-based and features some funky little movies and bizarre artwork. Not entirely sure what any of it has to do with the product, but it’s a good 10 or 15 minutes well spent.
To recap, the Zune is Microsoft’s crack at making an iPod killer. Not sure if this device will be the almighty iPod slayer that everyone has claimed to be in the past, but I certainly like their stable of weapons: 30GB of storage, built-in Wi-Fi, an FM tuner and a 3-inch color display.
