Available in four sizes, each one has a hidden 17-inch, 1-inch thick high-def LCD to distract you from daily chores such as brushing your teeth and washing your face. Of course, you don’t need to banish one of these to the bathroom; the company says they are also pretty nifty for foyers, entranceways, or any other place where you need a mirror and a TV in one spot. </p> <p>Each unit uses one-way glass and a “high-reflective, high-contrast multilayer substrate for a natural reflection of color and skin tones,” says the company’s announcement. “This distortion free technology combined with a MB Quart digital LCD yields the brightest TV and Mirror combo available today,” adds Brian Walter, MB Quart’s director of sales.</p> <p>The concept is nothing new, but MB Quart must be doing something different. The line just snagged an <a href="http://www.cesweb.org/awards/innovations/2009honorees.asp" target="_blank" title="International CES Innovations 2009 Design and Engineering">International CES Innovations 2009 Design and Engineering</a> mention for the 24-by-36-inch unit, which is the line’s smallest model.
