MartinLogan’s CLX in aluminum finish
MartinLogan is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. One of the presents it is giving (OK, maybe not free but more like $20K) to audio enthusiasts is the flagship CLX loudspeaker.
Like others from the Kansas manufacturer, the CLX is of the electrostatic variety and has a striking appearance in any of its finishes—including silver aluminum, black aluminum, natural cherry and red.
The CLX 25th anniversary edition of the speaker will also be made available, in limited edition through select distribution.
Along with the high-performance sonic qualities, the speakers are in line with the ever-growing green movement, incorporating recyclable structural material like EcoSound and energy-efficient circuitry, the company says.
The CLX base retail price starts at $19,995 per pair, while the limited edition model will go for $24,995 per pair.

One is a subsidiary of DTS, with the other looking to gain traction via Indiegogo.
