My obsession is crazier than yours: Steven Smith showing off his Zune tattoo.
The guy that everyone knew as that crazy man with the Zune tattoo is now going for another moniker—that crazy guy who changed his name to “Microsoft Zune.”
For those of you working in insane asylums, you can fill out this guy’s paperwork as Steven Smith. Smith is a regular on the Zune Forum, where he recently posted his plan and the potential lawsuit involved with legally changing his name to Microsoft Zune.
There are plenty of people on the forum egging him on. Why? Because people love crazy as long as it doesn’t teach their children or live in the apartment upstairs.
Is the Zune worth the pain of a tattoo needle, let alone the legwork involved for a name change? It looks nice, but I haven’t had the pleasure of playing with one.
I could make a slew of other comments about Zune man, but it looks like the guys at Gizmodo beat me to some of the best one-liners. It did get me thinking though: Have you ever done something crazy for technology? Drop me a comment.
