ISE (Amsterdam) Jan. 29-31—This superbly stylish television is the future for ‘in-wall’ screens. Yes, it is waterproof so if there’s a wall big enough, it can be installed in bathrooms and swimming pools—but the real beauty of this incredible screen is, that it is so much more than a flat screen—it can be installed into the wall to give a genuinely seamless look in any environment. So if you want to achieve maximum impact in a home cinema or sitting room, this 57” is the solution.

The AVF 57-4LCD offers both analogue and digital tuners delivering excellent images and the two HDMI inputs feed the 1920x1080 full HD resolution screen. It packs the increasingly necessary 2,073,000 pixels (1080p resolution) and features a component video, S-Video and analogue PC input, full scart connection, built in games and an infrared pass through, to enable control of other equipment such as SKY.

Apart from its size, the most exciting new feture on all of the Aquavision’s Series 4 is the RS232 control port, enabling the television to be controlled from a compatible touch panel anywhere in the home. The RS232 control port is fully compatible with most home automation control systems and will therefore become indispensable to the industry.

The AVF 57-4LCD has a Mirrorvision finish as standard—when the television is off, the glass takes the form of a mirror.

Two remote controls (one master and one waterproof) are provided with the AVF 57-4LCD. For more information, contact or call +44 (0) 1992 708333.
