Blinds open and shut. While it can be a necessity, it doesn’t seem like there are too many surprises left in that area of your home. However, Lutron is looking to change that, by adding a little something special to its latest product.
First announced at last September’s CEDIA Expo, Lutron says they are now taking orders for Venetian Blinds with Intelligent Tilt Alignment. The new product combines a traditional window covering with quiet motion and independent control of blind height and slat angle.
That means you can automatically adjust the height of those blinds based on the sun’s position, or just to get a glimpse of what those pesky squirrels are doing in your birdbath.
Other features include user-defined presets, Intelligent Hembar Alignment, and restricted slat angles for private areas like the bedroom and/or bathroom.
Lutron offers Venetian blinds in more than 50 hardwood slats, 14 painted and aluminum options, 30 optional decorative tapes, and four valance styles. Color matching is also available.
If you’re looking for the new Venetian Blinds with Intelligent Tilt Alignment, the product is compatible with the Sivoia QS and Sivoia QS line, including GRAFIK Eye QS, seeTouch QS keypads, Pico wireless controls and infrared remote controls.
