Logitech is going to shine a light on all of you insomniacs out there. Well… a small light. It’s actually coming from the company’s Illuminated Keyboard, which provides a bit of backlight for all of your all-nighters.

Whether you’re sending IM, email, gaming or getting work done, the ultra-thin Illuminated Keyboard should give you just enough light to get the task done in the dark. Why you’d be typing away in the dark is between you and your teddy bear. Of course, you could probably get a bit of light from the computer screen as well, but that never quite makes it to your fingers. Either way, we’re guessing that this thing might save a few typos out there.

The unit also features Logitech’s PerfectStroke system, which makes the whole experience comfy and silent—another good late night feature.

The Logitech Illuminated Keyboard should be available next month for $80.
