LG is doing for the monitor what Stretch Armstrong did for the toy industry—making it stretchy.
You won’t be able to have a taffy-styled pull with the M3800S-BN and M2900S-BN; the company has already done that for you.
The 38-inch M3800S-BN and the 29-inch M2900S-BN are designed for public displays, presenting data in horizontal or vertical formats. However, we wouldn’t mind seeing how these things stretch our TV/gaming to the max. LG wouldn’t mind either. “We’re excited about expanding our range with these two new products that offer monitor solutions not just for the home or office, but also for the commercial sector,” says Fiona Landsberg, LG’s marketing manager.
Of course, we’d have to go to the UK to test them out; currently, that’s where the two monitors are being offered.
Specs on each include a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 9ms response time and a resolution of 1366 x 398 for the M3800S-BN with 1366 x 480 for the M2900S-BN.
