Lounging in home theater furniture can be a super-comfy experience. Now, it can also be a super high-tech experience. A company named Lane Furniture just launched the Apollo Universal Home Theater Console.

This is a high-tech wedge console, which the company is offering as an option with most of its home theater collections.

It’s not just a place to stash your Milk Duds, either. There is a little storage spot in there, but also a ton of entertainment options, including an iPad docking station, an SD card slot, a USB port, an auxiliary input jack and a drop-down table with cup holders. It also has two speakers and support for Bluetooth technology, so you can stream music right to the console from your tablet or smartphone.

Use the console to charge your portable, add new accessories to your home theater setup, or just check out some video and photos stored on your iPhone.

Lane Furniture has listed the Apollo Universal Home Theater Console for $499 (MSRP). To find a dealer in your area, check the store locator on the company’s website.
