Kingston’s DT150 Data Traveler in 64-GB version
November 20, 2008 | by Arlen Schweiger

Remember when floppy disk storage was a lot? Or CD-RW?

Now you can walk around with 64 gigs in your pocket—not bad capacity for an entire PC at the start of this decade—with the latest to Kingston’s lineup of Data Traveler USB flash drives.

The DT150 comes in two beefy flavors—a 32-GB version and 64-GB version. Both are compatible with Windows Vista, XP and Windows 2000, Mac OS X 10.3 (and above), and Linux 2.6 (and above).

These little thumb drives are just 3.06 x 0.9 x 0.47 inches, but those sizes will be enough to hold plenty of your music and photos, even some videos sprinkled in too.

The drives come with 5-year warranties, and go for $116 and $177, respectively, for the DT150 32-GB and 64-GB, respectively.

And to think I got my Kingston 8-GB data traveler on sale last year for $80 down from about $120! Can’t wait to fit a terabyte into my pocket.
