Each of the PicoForte systems is available in high-gloss black or white and comes with a remote.
PicoForte isn’t Tito Puente‘s backup band. However, it can rock out your Tito of choice—as long as you have them loaded to your iPod.
PicoForte is a new line of iPod speaker docks from KEF. So far there’s a PicoForte 1 and a PicoForte 3. Both are neat little desktop devices designed to work with all iPods and even other MP3 players. Each one has a docking station, an amp module, and KEF speaker goodness, which is a proven winner in our book.
The PicoForte 1 has KEF’s KHT1005.2 speakers; the PicoForte 3 has the KHT3005, which is a bit more money. Other features include KEF’s Uni-Q “sit-anywhere” technology, and the hookup for an optional subwoofer or video display.
Neither one is cheap at $349.99 and $599.99, but neither is our love for all things Tito.
