The holidays are coming (sooner than you think!). If you’re in need of a gift for your favorite home theater buff, you’d be surprised that you can get something at your local JC Penney—yeah, that one.
Nostalgia Electrics just announced plans to start selling its Old Fashioned Movie Time Popcorn Cart with Concession Stand exclusively through the retailer. It’s a new unit and it’s available now, for $199.99.
The cart’s stainless steel kettle has a built-in stirring system that can pop up to eight cups of popcorn per batch. It also features an illuminated concession area for all of your favorite treats. That way, you don’t need to build a whole separate snack area into your home theater; everything is contained in this 48-inch cart.
Designed to complement any home theater or game room, the cart is modeled after popcorn vendor carts of the early 1900s. Believe it or not, it’s also easy to clean.
Other features include a pull-out popcorn drawer, a kernel catcher, and a storage compartment.
