Jasco‘s GE-branded Z-Wave Deluxe Hand-Held Remote has been named a 2007 Innovations Honoree in the Integrated Home Systems category for the 2007 CES Innovations Design and Engineering Awards.
Using Z-Wave technology, the RF wireless language created by Zensys, the remote wirelessly controls lighting and appliances. It offers features like separate node, group and scene functions, timed dim rate adjustments, and timer with calendar operations.
Just outfit an electrical outlet or lighting switch with a Z-Wave node, which wirelessly speaks to the remote with just a few button presses.
The remote is part of Jasco’s new line of Z-Wave-enabled products, ranging from lamp and appliance nodes to built-in dimmer switches. The line will be available to retailers beginning March 2007.
