At this week’s CEDIA Expo, Indy Audio Labs will have two new audio goodies, under its Aragon brand. The high-end designer and manufacturer will debut two amplifiers, the Iridium and the 8008.

The Iridium will be the company’s flagship single-channel differential monoblock amplifier, and can output 400 watts into 8 ohms and 600 watts into 4 ohms. The 8008, on the other hand, is a dual monoblock amplifier with two independent channels. It can do 200 watts into 8 ohms and 400 watts into four ohms.

Both amps won’t have far to travel to the tradeshow; both were designed, built and tested in Indiana. (The 2012 CEDIA Expo is in Indianapolis.)

“Unlike many amplifiers on the market, these are designed to remain neutral sounding and stable for a variety of loudspeaker loads,” said Rick Santiago, CEO and co-founger of Indy Audio Labs. “CEDIA Expo 2012 is the perfect event to present our solutions to the industry’s need for combining high-performance audio for home theaters and listening rooms with state-of-the-art, easy-to-operate automation systems.”
