We love how iLuv can crank out those iPod accessories. This time it’s the teeny iSP100 portable speaker system.

The unit has only two 2-watt speakers, but promises 720° Surround Sound and jAura Acoustic Speaker technology. Using three AAA batteries, the unit is good to go with your iPod or iPhone 3G, 2G—and despite having no “i” in MP3 player, it works with those too (thanks to a 3.5mm input).

“iLuv is thrilled to bring consumers a powerful sounding and ultra portable speaker option that will set a standard for on-the-go music listening,” Robert Caputo, iLuv’s sales VP. “Unlike other products on the market that feature Mono sound and less than half the output power, the iLuv iSP100 raises the bar for portability and sound.”

The unit looks like it fits easily into any pocket (except maybe that “fifth” pocket in your jeans), but we’re wondering how much sound $35 really buys. Find out when the unit is available later this month.
